Sophie

Meet Sophie! Sophie is one of Kylie's puppies.

Her siblings, Bruce, Hazel, Kobi, Rocko and Birdie, are all up for adoption! See their separate posts! We rescued mama Kylie from a low capacity, high kill shelter outside of Houston, Texas.

She was going to be euthanized, along with her unborn puppies, just because she had heartworms, which unfortunately is common here in Texas, but totally treatable.

We have included a picture of mama for reference - she is a very small, petite girl.

Sophie loves wrestling and playing tug of war with her sibling, but also is a pro at napping.

Sophie has a big personality and likes to be the leader! She is playful and very smart.

She has been great at learning and using the doggy door for potty.

All the pups are currently working on potty training and crate training.

Most sleep well in the crate at night.

These pups were born on December 26, .

They are up to date on vaccinations, though still require boosters and rabies when they are old enough.

They will also be spayed/neutered when age appropriate.
