Tako is an adorable, sweet girl that is very shy and reserved. She likes her own space, and prefers quiet solitude with a place to hide if she becomes unsettled. Tako needs to be in a quiet home with a longhair cat experienced adopter who will take the time and patience to gain her trust. She is a one-person cat that prefers to not be picked up and held. She does enjoy being brushed and getting petted occasionally, on her own terms, by someone she loves and trusts. She tends to freeze and shut down when she is handled by others. Tako would do best with someone that has the time to brush her several times a week.
