Talula

Meet Talula! Talula was surrendered by her owner to Palmdale Shelter.

Dogs at this facility only have a short time to be adopted or become at risk for euthanasia, due to the steady flow of incoming pets.

We scooped up Talula on March 5th to become a Frosted Face.

She is 9 years old and weighs 74 lbs.

She is spunky, happy, friendly, and well-mannered.

Talula had a kennelmate at the shelter that she got along great with, and she is doing well making new friends at FFF.

Talula hiked 2.25 miles at her first weekly hike - don't let her frosted face fool you! The volunteer who hiked with Talula shared this rave review afterwards: "Talula is really awesome! She's a gentle big, very polite with every dog and human we passed on the trail.

She was curious about the dogs ahead or behind us, but as we passed them she was perfectly polite.

Talula is really sweet, leaned into my legs when we paused along the trail, takes treats gently, and likes to be pet.

And she's gorgeous! I'm sure she would like to take daily walks for sniffs and exercise." Come meet Talula this Saturday and Sunday during Open House from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm!
