Meet Tess
Tess is a sweet 6 year old lady who does well with other dogs and walks great on a leash! She’s potty trained and loves to cuddle! She will do best with another calm dog or as an only pup for a special family!

Test was found running for her life on the Fourth of July during fireworks and we have loved and protected her since! She’s a loyal girl that will lay at your feet while you work, or snuggle on the couch and be a potato!

Tess was found running for her life on the fourth of July. We contacted her original owners and they no longer wanted to care for her due to no fault of her own. She is a sweet gentle sould. She gets along with other dogs but would probably prefer to live without others in the home so she can get her humans all to herself! She LOVES car rides and sticking her head out of the window! She is a couch potato through and through!

She is not a big fan of cats! Tess deserves a quiet, peaceful home that is going to treat her like family! She deserves it! She is one of a kind!

All our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Leo’s Friends Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).

Our out of state adoption fee is $300 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, a heartworm test if over 6 months old, and health certificate.
