Meet Tiffany
Meet Tiffany! She was abandoned as a puppy. After spending some time in foster, this tiny treasure is ready for her happily ever after!
Tiffany is adorable and sporty, with enormous, expressive ears, a mischievous gaze and a little underbite on one side of her mouth. She’s curly and wire haired and we guess some sort of terrier, poodle and maybe shih tzu mix? At about 7.5 kilos and a year and a half old, she’s petite but athletic. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4Dx negative. Tiff is also house trained, and crate trained. When her foster mom goes out, Tiff gets a Dentastick which she’ll happily take to her crate and then settle for several hours, if needed. Her foster mom leaves the radio on for her (she likes Jazz FM).
She gets along well with other dogs and loves playing in the backyard with them. She’s a reluctant leash walker, and nervous on leash, this is a work in progress. She’s not been tested with cats or young kids, so we’re looking for a home without them. She’s still got that puppy energy about her, but after a good play and/or a walk, she'll settle down for a snuggle, Netflix, a good book, etc. She is timid with new people and in new situations. For example, if a visitor comes to her foster home, she'll hide under a chair for a bit until she feels safe. Calm and quiet introductions are key, and cheese helps. Tiff has a silly side and a sense of humour that is quite apparent once she gets to know you. She’s a real delight.
