Meet Tiva

Hello everyone, my name is Tiva. I am a beautiful young lady, my estimated age is 9 months. I am so thankful for the kindness of people in my young life. I was rescued from a bad situation by a kind young couple, and they hoped to keep me. But unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. So, some wonderful volunteers with Moonsong swooped in and helped me out!

I am still learning about the big world, my foster dad is making sure I get plenty of walks daily and takes me to really fun places. So far, I don’t pay too much attention to other dogs, and I am friendly to people. But I have seen a few men I was distrustful of, so that tells you a little bit about my history. But I know not all men are mean, I love to cuddle with my foster dad and enjoy tummy rubs the most!

Moonsong is still learning about my personality, but believe I would do well with another friendly and confident dog. It is unknown about my reaction to small dogs or cats. Better safe than sorry, as the old saying goes.
