Tootsie fka Muffy

This is Tootsie fka Muffy! She’s a maltipoo and is about 8 years old. She weighs about 18 pounds. She’s potty trained and crate trained but not leash trained. She freezes up completely when a leash is put on her so a fenced in yard is a must. She has to be in the same as me at all times but does not like to interact much with me. She’s still terrified of sudden movements and sounds so it would be best if she had a house with no young kids. Muffy is very sweet once she gets comfortable.
