Bio: Truffle is a sweet and loving pit/hound mix. Originally from California, she love to take long sun baths and enjoy the fresh air. Truffle is looking for an experienced owner who can help her with separation anxiety and dog reactivity. She is high energy and has several spurts throughout the day where she loves to play and run around. However, most of the day, you’ll find her napping and snuggled up next to you. Truffle is dog reactive, but can be comfortable around calmer dogs who she can trust. She won’t be a good fit for a home with cats. A single dog household would likely be best for her. She is also great around kids. Older children would be best and she would be happiest in a home without children. She is extremely food motivated and eager to please! Truffle will thrive in a loving and nurturing home with structure and resources to dedicate to daily training to help her become confident and feel safe.
