Meet Wally
******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************

Wally, 3 years old, neutered male, Pitbull, 58 pounds. He is in a foster home in Houston, TEXAS and can transport to an approved adopter. Please note, he is physically located in the State of Texas.

Wall-E (his foster mom affectionally calls him) hares a foster home with other dogs. He plays well with them. He is a typical pittie where he can play hard and likes to wrestle, run around with the other dogs. He will do best with a dog who enjoys play! He has no reaction when seeing other dogs on leash.

We have no history with cats or kids. We recommend a home with kids 10 years and older due to him being a little jumpy when first greeting.

Wall-E has made great strides walking on leash. Initially he would pull quite a bit. His foster uses an easy walk harness and the pulling has been a lot less. He really enjoys his walks.

Wally is perfectly house trained as soon as you take him outside he does his business within a minute. He is crate trained, but prefers to not be crated.

Wally is a very chill guy. He needs about an hour a day of walks. He loves other dogs, but most of all he loves the person who cares for him so he doesn't need to be in a household with other dogs to keep him company. So far he's better being left alone in a room than in a crate will whine some at first but will calm down.

Wall-E loves to snuggle you. Wall-E is ready to please, you can just tell he just wants to make you happy. Wall-E is great at listening to other dogs, if a dog tells them to back off he does. Wall-E is very food motivated so is very easy to train. He likes to eat the tops of strawberries.

Wall-E could do well in many homes, he is loving and kind. He doesn't need a big house, or a yard. Wall-E just really want someone to snuggle him every night in bed.
