Meet Wilder

Wilder is a very handsome 2 year old, neutered, GSD. He weighs approximately 60 lbs and could stand to put on a few lbs.

He was found in the country along with Buddy and a Good Samaritan has been caring for him.

Wilder is very friendly. He loves people. He is eager to please and ready to learn. He does well with other dogs. He is playful and friendly. Wilder does want to chase the cats but not aggressively.

Wilder is currently outside (but would like to be an inside guy, so he can enjoy the company of his family) only so housebreaking is unknown. He travels in a crate and does fine. He needs some work on leash trying but is learning.

If you would like Wilder as a companion and have the time to teach him all he needs to know so he can be all he can be, please fill out our application.

An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.

We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.

If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.

Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
