His joy is infectious; he expresses his excitement with delightful squeaks and is often seen with his tongue comically hanging out, a testament to his unbridled joy.

He's wonderfully sociable with other dogs and at 4 years old, he's eagerly waiting to find a forever home that will shower him with the love he's always deserved.

Witnessing Winston spin with excitement at the sight of his foster mom or hearing his unique squeaks of greeting, it's hard to imagine his once tragic existence.

Although he's still mastering the nuances of potty training, a minor detail considering his past, he wears a belly band with dignity.
