Meet Yankee
Yankee is a loving young cat, about one year old, with beautiful red orange tabby markings. He has super-soft fur and loves to have it pet. He will roll over to make it easy for someone to pet his belly and he adores having his chin rubbed and ears scratched. Yankee is also a big fan of cuddle time, whether it is curled up on a lap or snuggled at your side. Sometimes he stretches out along his foster parents' legs to achieve maximum body contact, and he likes to burrow under blankets with them too! Yankee likes toys that can be waved around and he can chase, especially Da Bird. He is a mellow boy who wants to make friends with other cats but would also do well as the only cat in a home where he would receive lots of attention. While he grew tolerant of the dog in his foster home, he never got totally comfortable with him and would prefer a home without any canine friends. Yankee can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application.
