Meet Younique
Open your heart to Younique Just turned two but she's a good girl and she knows it! Her gentle demeanor makes for a great companion, a great bonus if you live in a calm neighborhood. Training this gal is a piece of cake and you won't even need treats. But it will definitely help to sharpen them up, and she sureee would love some!!
In the meantime she will be working on how to exactly let you know when she would like to go out for walks since she is a quiet girl. But she is very well housebroken, no accidents at all! So it is very important to keep a routine!
She is the perfect cuddle bug and loves to roll over for belly rubs as soon as you give her the attention. If you're chill and treasure your sleep, guess what!? You've found your best friend! She's the girl that will get ready to greet you once she hears you by that door. The perfect little lady to bring into your home!
Once playtime comes along be ready for a different girl. Her personality will sure shine through that timidity! She'll be spinning in circles, won't be able to keep her balance, and will go up to everyone she's with to share how excited she is. Being grateful and even more affectionate Bring this girl into your life and she'll surely give plenty of hugs and kisses to go around for everyone!!!

3 Keywords for your pup: Mellow, Timid, Sweetheart
Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 3
Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Very quiet
Walking Manners: Takes her time. She's a friendly girl and likes to get closer to people passing by to sniff, and allows them to pet her if they engage back with her.
Appetite: Seems to not have one in the morning.
Does the following: She has no problem going up/down stairs. If you have errands to run and you'd like to keep her in her crate, she will be okay! She's only had some trouble with it once in that moment, but she knows to settle down. You'll most likely find her sound asleep when you get back.
Favorite Things: BELLY RUBS! BELLY RUBS! BELLY RUBS! She loves a good squeaky toy too, even better if you can play fetch with it!
Commands/Tricks: She listens to "Sit" and , even Wait" at home, it'll probably stick for 2 seconds but she's got it down! Ask for her paw and she'll give you it too. Especially comes in handy when I wipe all of them clean after our walks, she knows the drill! She'll also have a sharp focus on scents or sounds, but say "Let's go" with barely any tug, and she'll usually continue her walk with no hassle :)
ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it's a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
