Sweet Zulu is approximately 1 year old and here he is – in the shelter. Upon arrival he was terrified and it took him time to decompress and learn that the loving staff could be trusted. He doesn't appear to have had much socialization or shown much love in his short life but since he's been at the shelter he has opened up and is coming out of his shell. He's a sweet, active boy that loves to play. He does well with other dogs but does have a rough – not aggressive – play style. Zulu would do best with an active family that would include him in their activities. Hiking? Camping? Strolling through the neighborhood? His soulful eyes will not only draw you in but everyone he meets will melt when he looks at them. He would love to learn how to snuggle after a day of play....
